Before opening Kitchen Catering and Events, Gabe and Morgan spent 17 years in many roles in a variety of restaurants in both Charlottesville, Va and Asheville, NC. This experience and their ability to think comprehensively about all aspects of an event allows them to execute a flawless event for each client. Morgan, a Charlottesville native, has a great passion for the south and its food; however, she also loves to prepare the light summery dishes of the Mediterranean.
They both love to play with food, and to try new dishes from around the globe, and, together, they create dishes that pair with any desire a client may express.
