From the initial planning conversation or meeting, you will have a dedicated Event Specialist who will walk them through all of the details for their event. Whether big or small, every event gets the same amount of attention as the next and we will make sure that every aspect is discussed!. On site at the event, our professional event team is all hands on deck from start to finish.

Whether it is a small intimate reception at a venue or a full blown backyard wedding our Full Service Event Team has it under control. We take care of all of the setup of the linens, place settings, centerpieces, buffet or food stations, and all that your reception entails!. In 2004, Heidi purchased an 11,000 square foot building in Tempe and has over 50 employees.

Today, HEIDI'S EVENTS AND CATERING is incorporated with over 11,000 square feet of kitchen, corporate offices, and the rental division in Tempe, Arizona. Heidi attributes her success to "hard work; as much as it takes, no debt; don't buy until you can afford it, and to have something to do it all for."

Our Executive Chef Adam Zimnisky created our menus filled with a variety of fresh bold flavors using herbs and spices from our own growing garden.
You will find comfort foods, premier selections as well as signature entrees that were created to impress!.
Our Global Menus focus on flavors from around the world, and showcase Italian, Tropical, Mexican, Southwestern and Authentic American BBQ.
These menus were inspired by Chef Adam and Heidi's travel throughout the company's nearly 30 years in business!.

As the New Year is upon us, I find myself evaluating the last.
Prioritizing my plan for the next twelve months in effort to decide what is most important.
For me, it comes down to three things: food, health, and happiness.
One leads to the other in my world and I bet in many others' as well.
I believe as in many things we stray from the basics and find ourselves somewhat confused at times.
When I look at what has gone astray or what needs to be fixed, I find it best to simply go back to the basics; no matter what it is really.
