No one is better than Alvin for BBQ! He recently catered lunch for Amada Senior Care Corporation's annual conference attended by franchise business owners around the country. This was the third year in a row that O'side BBQ Man has catered our event. I loved working with Alvin. He promised me good food and he exceeded my expectations. Food was amazing; I had a special request for collard greens and I am so glad I requested this because they were a hit. The chicken is to die for and ribs are wonderful. He is totally laid back and easy to work with.
