The food was amazing but even more spectacular was the service. You guys were amazing. It was a record number of pre-order pages and you guys breezed through them and didn't run out of any food. So thank you for a great experience and the terrific food. We hired BrewWings to cater our wedding in Ojai, and it was such a hit with our guests! I highly recommend them and can't wait to go eat them again already.

An industrial engineer by trade, a chicken wing lover by birth, Stefano was born and raised in Upstate New York.
As with most people, the early part of his career moved Stefano around the country until he finally landed in Southern California.
During his first years on the West Coast, Stefano worked for a brewery and was surrounded by beer on a daily basis.
There was one problem though.
It was this unintended popularity that gave way to the birth of BrewWings.
Staffed by only himself and his wife, Stefano began selling his wings at a local farmer's market in Sunset Beach, CA, and later provided wings in the tasting rooms of many local SoCal breweries.

The negative review below about pricing just shows that some do not understand that quality comes with a ticket.
Visited this truck on the Fourth Of July in Downtown LA at Grand Park. We walked and viewed the menu on every truck at the festival but resorted back here because of the menu and great vibes.
I got the Chicken and Tots - boneless chicken bites and tater tots served with their signature buffalo sauce. The fish and chips styled batter on those boneless chicken bites were phenomenal. The buffalo sauce modified the texture of the chicken coating once dipped in it but it worked so well! That partially soggy bite with the extra crunch was the best ever lol. Genius, honestly.
This is something that you'll crave afterwards and you'll only have the ability to find it here! Promise you, it's worth whatever wait you'll encounter.
