We make our Italian hoagies with dry-cured prosciutto and capicola and we only use rib-eye in our cheesesteaks and can get them either whole Passyunk street style or chopped.
If you are looking for something different, try our pork sandwiches that are made with organic broccoli rabe and sharp provolone cheese.
