Jewel started cooking at the early age of nine. Following behind her grandmother and watching everything she did, Jewel knew she loved cooking. Years later after choosing to work in other fields outside of cooking, Jewel never forgot her passion. Jewel was given the opportunity to cater an event in Harlem, NY in 2013.
Since then, she has catered weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, Women's Conferences, Church Pastoral Anniversary's, repasts and most notably The New York City Court System, and cooperate events for DC37.Jewel offers a variety of delicious dishes in traditional soul food lunch and dinner styles as well creating an h'orderves menu transforming traditional soul food into delightful bite sizes.
