Great presentation as always - everyone appreciated the little dish cards by each tray.
It was a little too early came around 11:15; my meeting starts at 12:00 (but the food was still great!)
To give you some perspective, I was planning for 20 people and maybe about 25 people showed up, I still had food leftover (what I would change: ordered a small tray of spring roll and rice) although the non-meeting goers LOVE the leftovers - I just don't like the upper management seeing there's a TON of leftover food!
