1970 - Code 3 Catering was founded in 1970 by Ron Sr. who was a retired firefighter. Ron Sr. while with the fire department was the man who always prepared the meals for his crew. Early one morning the chief called him at home and said; The caterer for my daughter's wedding is ill, and the wedding is at 11am this morning. Can you help?" Ron said "sure, I can help you."
When the family and guests arrived at the reception they saw a great array of food. The chief told Ron, "Now that's what I call Code 3 Service." Code 3 in the fire service means get to the fire all out, red lights and sirens. Hence, the name stuck, Code 3 Catering! We wanted everything to feel peaceful, stunning and relaxed! Code 3 Catering made that happen with their excellent service!

We prepare all our food from scratch in our commercial kitchen and deliver to any venue from back yard at a private residence, wedding at a banquet venue or fundraiser at a local church.

Cocktail Parties- Maybe you just need hors d'oeuvres for a small get together, super bowl party, sporting event or meeting.
We have a great selection of those as well!
