We at Pig Out on the Fly are a family owned and operated catering service that will be starting our 11th. By being on-site owners, we are better able to control the quality and consistency of our product to provide you with the best that we can give each and every time. We have created our own blends of spice rubs and barbeque sauce to compliment all of our smoked and grilled meats.
Our sides are all made "from scratch" from recipes that have been tried and true over the years.
Set up of buffet area, filling buffet as needed and clean up of buffet area when finished.
Many times family members are interested in being included in the sampling process.
We will provide you with a full serving per person of each item you would like to try, so make a meal of it!
