Balboa Catering is a family-owned business that offers a finer take on catered food -- one forged through Chef Alex Garfinkel's years of experience at iconic restaurants around the world.
While Alex runs the kitchen, Jocelyn Garfinkel -- a veteran of New York's Tribeca Grill and Park Avenue Cafe -- manages the front of the house at our artisan-crafted kitchen and event venue in Philadelphia: Balboa at American Silk.
And sometimes we get a helping hand from Little Chef Wesley.
As humans, our senses of taste and smell are tied to our memories.
