We are a Sacramento, CA based family business that uses only the finest ingredients to make our wide variety of Traditional Mexican Dishes.
Trini has been cooking all her life in the family restaurant in Jalisco, Mexico - 20 yrs plus experience.
Carlos is also full time REA with Lyon's - Sierra Oaks.
Trini is a full time mama and basically runs all the operations for SBTC while Carlos runs all the back office sale's, marketing, and customer service.
We are a very close young family starting out with two wonderful children and one on the way.
