After 31 years of 7 day weeks and 14 hour days, Peter and Luann have elected to slow down the pace but remain active in the hospitality industry. We are located on the hill north of town for catering, events and take out. Peter's Ribs and Catering has been the Home of Minnesota's Best World-Class Baby Back Ribs for over 40 years!
