Chef Jason Simon has spent his career managing event teams as Lead Event Chef for award winning event planner and caterer Paula Leduc Fine Catering, as well as Charles Phan's Slanted Door catering division. He has been at the helm for high profile, large and small scale events, where he frequently executes celebrity chef dishes for political fundraisers, galas, corporate off-sites, conferences, celebrity events, luxury weddings, and in home private events.

Prior to his full time focus on event management and catering, Chef Simon was a key contributor to Monk's Kettle kitchen staff in San Francisco's Mission District and a longtime chef at restaurants in Lake Tahoe, California.
