Bar Car was created by Greg Medow, a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration who has helped launch and support several innovative Bay Area restaurant and bar ventures including Hobson's Choice, Indigo Restaurant and Crimson Lounge, Cyrus, Foreign Cinema, Mission Bowling Club, Pizzeria Delfina (Palo Alto and Burlingame) and Flanahan's.
His career has been guided by his strong passion for finding ways to surprise and delight people through good food and entertainment.
