Chef Brian Finks wanted to venture out and start a small business of his own. That when he purchased a Cleveland S.W.A.T truck and converted over to a fully operational kitchen on wheels.

Also includes grilled peppers & onions, pico de gallo, corn & green chili salsa, fired up slaw, guacamole & Jack Cheddar cheese and chips.
Pre-rolled burritos in roasted pepper tortillas with choice of filling, rice, pinto beans & cheese.
Also includes choice of two sauces, guacamole & chips.
Pick up in store or have us delivery to your location, all deliveries subject to a $250 minimum.

All dates are booked on a first come first serve bases.
