We provide service for events of 50 guests or more, encompassing anything from white-tablecloth service to outdoor picnics and barbeques. We absolutely love to work in conjunction with other event planners and decorators to produce spectacular corporate and private events! We had the pleasure of working with Joe, Nate and their team for our wedding.
They worked with us on every aspect of planning, and even helped with some non-catering details like the table linens. The food was amazing (I heard people say it was the best wedding food they've ever had) and the prices were very reasonable. They left the venue clean and organized, and then catered a beautiful brunch the next day. Thanks so much to Catering by Verba's for helping our day go so well!
We had our wedding at St Michael's Woodside and Verba's did the catering. The food was fantastic. I would recommend the tenderloin, stuffed shells, stuffed cabbage and champagne chicken. Guests were stopping us all night saying how good the food was Nothing was more important to us then providing a great meal to our guests and Verba's delivered.

The Verba family has been in the food service business for over 75 years, starting it all on the near-west side of Cleveland with Verba's Cafe.
John or "Jack" Verba and his wife Marie ran this local corner family bar with pride and confidence, serving unique wild game, and "from scratch" cooking.
John's son, Joe Verba opened his own catering venue in Lakewood, Ohio, serving traditional Carpatho-Rusyn cuisine.
His techniques and recipes were all handed down to him from family over many generations.

A minimum of 25 guests is required for each carryout option.

Delivery charge is based within 25 miles of Woodside Event Center.
An additional delivery charge may apply for greater distances.
