Chef Bill Boney came to the Tetons in 1986 after studying at the Culinary Institute of America.
He spent his time skiing and working in kitchens throughout Jackson Hole, eventually becoming a personal chef for Laurence Rockefeller and others.
Seeing a need for professional service, Bill launched Dining In Catering, his own catering business, in 1994.
Dining In Catering's success is attributed to Bill's personal attention to each client's event.
Dining In offers creative menus - with themes including local sourcing and Wild West barbecue.
