Marinated overnight in a special family recipe infusion of imported herbs and spices, including rosehips, cinnamon, henna seeds, and nutmeg, then grilled to perfection!
Traditional Couscous: Steamed couscous piled high on a platter, served with winter vegetables such as turnips, parsnips, carrots, eggplant.
Vegetarian or with lamb.
Couscous Salad: Cold couscous with golden raisins, dried apricots, dried cranberries, green olives and almonds.
Bastilla: A savory-sweet phyllo pastry with almonds, eggs and spices and your choice of filling: fruits, all vegetable, or chicken with vegetables.
