Daniel Ripley opened the door of his catering company. Since then it has become one of San Francisco's top boutique caterers, producing two hundred events a year. His attention to detail, love for celebration, and appreciation for food can be experienced in every event. Daniel delivers the attention to detail and personal touch of a boutique caterer while offering the bandwidth of a full service catering company.

He maintains an impressive client list that includes: Oracle, Chase Bank, SF Symphony, SF MOMA. Honey and clove glazed southern ham served with hot mustard, tiny cheddar biscuits and watercress sauce. Romaine salad with persimmons, pomegranate seeds and goat cheese with a pomegranate vinaigrette. White balsamic dressing, crisp bacon, toasted pine nuts and shaved parmesan offered with crisp grissini.

Sauteed shrimp with garlic, chili flakes and parsley with giant white beans and fresh herbs. Roquefort with port poached pears, chevre with tangerines and honey and aged white english cheddar with dates.
