We are a Colorado-based catering service providing wood-fired pizza, fresh salads, seasonal appetizers and a variety of other top-notch entrees out of our two custom trucks: Ole Blue is a 1955 Ford F-600 truck and Baby Blue is a state of the art trailer. Whether you are having a wedding, corporate event, or just a small gathering at your home we will pull up in style and serve gourmet pizzas until the party is over!
We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients, making authentic thin crust pizzas and making sure every guest gets the pizza of their dreams! No one will leave the party unsatisfied! He is friends with one of the best Physical Therapists in the USA and can now drive 75 MPH, although still no heat or AC!. Hobbies- Showing off his amazing calves at vintage truck shows, drinking Colorado craft beer on tap, listening to 70's music at events.
When we started Mountain Crust, we wanted to be different. We are as close to a zero waste catering company as you can get. Its impossible to be entirely waste free in todays day in age because things like cheese and meat all come with plastic wrapping or casings, but that is minimal!

This experience is brought to you in our restored 1955 Ford F-600 truck, Ole Blue, that has been outfitted with everything we need to make your event memorable and stress-free, including an imported Mugnaini wood-fired oven and three taps pouring Colorado's finest craft brews!

Medjool dates stuffed with goat cheese & toasted almonds then wrapped in bacon and cooked in our wood-fired oven.
Baby kale & crisp romaine mix, pine nuts, served with house made caesar dressing and croutons.
Fontina cream sauce with a roasted mushroom mix, bacon, caramelized onions, fresh rosemary & a drizzle of truffle oil.
Full staff ready to prep, cook and serve (Parties over 50 people require additional staff).
