In April of 2002, A Luncheon Time Catering opened its doors in Westlake, Ohio.
At this time, our vision and operation were strictly developed as a "business to business" drop-off catering service (hence the name A Luncheon Time).
Our catering kitchen was built into a 3000 square foot commercial warehouse with zero storefront visibility.
As is normal in the catering industry, most transactions are done over the phone and since we were delivering 100% of our orders, storefront visibility was of little importance.
At this time, our vision and operation were strictly developed as a "business to business" drop-off catering service (hence the name A Luncheon Time).
Our catering kitchen was built into a 3000 square foot commercial warehouse with zero storefront visibility.
