Personal Touch Catering
Established in 1981 Personal Touch Catering is Maine's largest and most experienced off premise caterer owned by Kevin and Sundae Fallen. Kevin Fallen, Chef/ owner of Personal Touch Catering is an honors graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, one of the country's top culinary schools. He also is a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation.

The nation's most prestigious culinary association. No other caterer in Maine has these credentials. Our chef staff has over 100 years of culinary experience. Personal Touch Catering's in-house staff of 40 is fully trained and uniformed for all events. The average staff member has been with us for more than 8 years. We never use contract servers. As Maine's largest and most experienced off-premise caterer we can bring our superior cuisine virtually anywhere you wish.

This could be your office or showroom to a private residence to a public park or even on board a boat. Our menus are your menus, We regard our menu suggestions as a starting point.
Services
If you wish to use these menus for other functions like weddings or anniversary parties, etc. then the prices will have to be increased to cover additional services and expenses.
Prices are subject to 8% sales tax.
There will be a delivery, set - up, breakdown and labor charge.
Off Premise pricing does not include linen.

We also have a large selection of other types of menus and menu items to choose from.
Grilled chicken w/ pineapple baked in Hawaiian B-B-Q Sauce displayed in a round chafing dish.
Crispy fresh shrimp wrapped & marinated in virgin olive oil, minced garlic, onion, parsley and chives.
Crusted choice of beef grilled to medium rare, sliced into juicy strips and drizzled with green peppercorn sauce (served on upright forks).
Chicken and Lobster in a Bourson Cream Sauce spooned over puff pastry and passed on a short plate.
Bite size parmesan cups filled with our famous Caesar salad, topped with a crouton crisp and smoked bacon bits.
A Fresh Dressed Pig is rubbed down with our special seasonings and the cavity is stuffed with a very unique meat stuffing.
Then it is slow roasted and brushed with a sweet Chili BBQ Sauce.
When finished, we move it to a carving station and proceed to break it down and place the sliced meat in chafing dishes.
To this we have accompanying BBQ and hot sauces to choose from.
Menus will be prepared for a minimum of 25 guests.
Menus are subject to a 7% Maine State Sales Tax and Delivery, set-up and Labor Charge.
A program in which the Host/Hostess supplies their guest with a predetermined amount of tickets or chits which are redeemable for drinks at the cash bar.
These chits are tallied according to the type of drink purchased and are subject to a 19% and the 8% tax.
