In Mexican culture food is synonymous with family and Bully Taco Catering Company is no different. Conceptualized and developed by Pedro Alanis, Bully Taco Catering is part of a legacy which has been serving the Dallas/Fort Worth community for over 40 years.
Having been raised in a family of "Taqueros" or "Taco Makers, " every member of the Bully Taco family is committed to serving food that not only delivers on quality and taste, but is also committed to providing an experience that is truly representative of their family's history and Mexican culture.As Bully Taco's principal Owner/Operator, Pedro is not only the face of Bully Taco, but also serves as BT's Master Taquero and head of daily operations.
He has over 30 years of experience working in traditional taquerias. Having learned the business from his late mother Blanca Garcia, Pedro is well versed in traditional Mexican cuisine and flavor profiles. In an effort to preserve and continue her legacy Pedro takes pride in creating authentic Mexican food and street fare with recipes and techniques passed down from generation to generation.

Taquero Service events require a 10 x 10 foot area for equipment setup.
Includes delivery and set up of your choice of two proteins & two sides, corn tortillas, red/green salsa mexicana, & classic toppings.
Disposable chafing racks & fuel included.
Includes your choice of three proteins & two sides, corn tortillas, red/green salsa mexicana, classic toppings, premium toppings, hot dogs/nachos for children (upon request), & your choice of one additional add on item.
