Bob Mongiello of Mongiello's Catering makes one of the best pizzas that I have ever had. We hired him to make pizzas with various toppings for an Italian themed birthday party recently and his custom pizzas are divine. He has mastered his crust and sauce and the guests went wild. He also provided a delicious Caesar Salad which was the perfect balance with the pizzas.
We had leftovers and I was amazed how great the pizza was the next day. We provide freshly baked gourmet pizza right at your event along with fresh cut romaine lettuce, cabbage, and carrot mixed salad with a choice of Italian and Ranch dressings in a buffet-style setting.
All Mongiello's delicious pizzas start with Mongiello's famous home-made pizza crust and home-made pizza sauce topped with genuine mozzarella cheese.
Each guest will be provided with 3 slices of pizza and salad so it is very important to let me know at least 7 days ahead of your event so I bring enough for your entire guest list.
