They delivered on time, the driver was nice, the entire order was correct and the food was tasty! Everyone raved about the chicken tenders, salad, and beef sandwiches! Sporty's has been a Bloomingdale Icon since the 1970's.
Initially owned by Jim & Gayle Dvorak.
In Spring of 2015, they hand the reins over to Laurie & Rocco Zaccardi, as they began their retirement.
Sporty's has undergone many changes over the past 40+ years.
Originally known as Sporty's Red Hots, specializing in hot dogs, and similar menu items.
In 1989, Jim & Gayle transitioned into strictly catering operations specializing in the Sporty's Famous Chicken Tenders.
In those first years Sporty's served over 1 million chicken tenders, and the number has continued to grow.
