We can easily cook on-site for a crowd of 50 to hundreds of people. Gregg Gregory has a lifetime of service in the food and beverage industry. 2021 marks his 42nd year in the business. Gregg began as a dishwasher at Country Kitchen in 1976 and quickly worked his way up to become the youngest manager they ever had.
A graduate of The Florida State University Hospitality Management program, Gregg was highly recruited by hotels and restaurants throughout the United States. He chose Spinnaker's Restaurant Corporation headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee and in 1986 began his career with them as an assistant manager and moved to the top as district manager within five years.
