All produce used is sourced seasonally at its peak freshness from green markets. All meats pasture raised, Grass-Fed local meats. All fish is sourced from local sustainable Fish Co. Everything else is produced in house from scratch. Jeffrey's belief is that you, the customer should know where your food comes from. Executive Chef Jeffrey has direct relationships with many of the areas top farmers and Purveyors in order to deliver on his vision.
