Chef Chanell created Dreamyvents Catering because she believes everyone and every community should have access to health-conscious, delicious food, and wishes to continue growing Dreamyvents Catering into a food service that can offer just that. Chef Chanell will work with you wherever you are, around the world, to curate custom menu for private dining services, offering everything from DIY meal-kits, to personal chef experiences.

Chanell's passion for culinary arts was fueled by traveling during spring break while in college (receiving her B.A. in psychology and M.S.W.).
Chanell did not go the route of classic culinary training.
Instead, she continues to learn from the school of life, favorite recipes passed down through generations of her family, and new friends she encounter traveling around the world.
Chef Chanell began using cooking as a coping tool, losing her late brother to senseless gun violence in Chicago, during her junior year of undergraduate studies.
