All produce is carefully selected from Farmers' markets and prepared fresh to order for your event or function. Gwynne Marshall began cooking at a very young age. She made it her career in the 1990's working for large catering companies and private party venues in New York as well as in East Hampton during the summer seasons. Working for other caterers she realized there was a market for better tasting food so she decided to start her own catering company.
Gwynne has expanded to include recipe testing services for cookbook authors and prepares gourmet meals for busy families in New York city on a weekly basis. Since starting out in 1993, Gwynne Marshall Caterers has grown dramatically through word of mouth.
