Gold Star Catering and Diner began by catering events in the Greensboro area. Their clients raved about the food and encouraged them to make available their wonderful dishes to the general public. So, owner Mack Jabae decided to open a diner, in addition to his catering business. Mack has been in the food services business for 25 years, working at some of the finest nationally known restaurants across the country.
