Coburn's Catering Service, Inc. was established in 1946 by Otha T. Coburn and his wife, Marguerite (Marge), both now deceased, and began operating the food and beverage service at Consolidated Vultee Aircraft Corporation, currently Lockheed Martin.
At the same time, he established his outside catering service at the original Triple XXX at 801 North Main Street and took over the concessions at the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show.
We are currently in our 72nd year of non-interrupted contracts for the Fort Worth Stock Show.
