I have loved to cook as long as I can remember.
I would watch chef shows as a small child and attempt to replicate recipes burning up the house and making my mom and sister taste whatever I had concocted out of our refrigerator.
As I got older I became the designated griller at cookouts and get togethers and the go to house on holidays.
What had been a hobby grew into a passion as I began trying new recipes, catering house warming parties, graduations, local shelters and weddings.
I decided to use my talents and energy and put them in to a vision of serving my community with the food I love and enjoy from a food truck in Cedar Rapids.
