Over 25 years ago, while working in the hotel industry, Chef Yossi began offering his catering services to friends and family in the Dallas area.
Word quickly spread about his delicious food, one of a kind presentation and the requests began to come in.
It wasn't long before he realized it was time to take the leap and open his catering business full time.
